Senior Director, Marketing (Global)

Philadelphia, PA OR Boston, MA - 3 days onsite required.

EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Senior Director, Marketing (Global). This is a highly visible role within the organizations Marketing team to lead global marketing strategy and launch efforts for the organizations recently launched product in the US. Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize brand performance post-launch in all markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, med affairs, R&D, and regulatory affairs) to drive successful global product launch
• Collaborate and align success with marketing team and cross-functional partners across: market research, commercial analytics, PRC/MLR, med affairs, regulatory, legal, compliance, and field team
• Oversee product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch
• Advocate and implement launch best practices from US marketing, including disease awareness & education, patient identification, multi-channel brand capabilities and customer insights
• Oversee agency partnerships
• Manage budget

Requirements

• 15+ years Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree required | Masters or MBA is a +
• 5+ years Global Marketing experience within pharma required | Global market launch experience
• US Marketing experience within pharma required
• Specialty brand launch required and experience managing a large, specialty brand
• Preference for someone who has worked in a small, fast-paced environment (someone with small biopharma experience)
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration skills
