Job Description:

We Insure One Stop, a sister company to Elite Synergy Mortgage, is currently recruiting Insurance Agents/Producers responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and for growing the book of business through new client sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
  2. Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  3. Actively prospect round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage as well as network for new clients.
  4. Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
  5. Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  7. Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings as needed.
  8. Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education to continuously improve knowledge and performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold a Valid GA Property & Casualty and Life insurance license.
  2. Account management experience, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
  3. Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
  4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of P&C and Life insurance products and procedures.
  5. Have a proven track record of business-to-business sales success.
  6. Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive.
  7. Possess outstanding organizational skills and sound business judgment.
  8. Have excellent time management skills and thrive in a team environment.
  9. Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
