About the Role

The Company is seeking an Inaugural Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and implementation of a transformative marketing strategy. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading a large team of marketing and communications professionals, ensuring that all activities align with the company's vision, mission, values, and strategic goals. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 7 years experience in strategic leadership and execution in marketing, communications, and public relations. A Master's degree or advanced learning is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in developing and optimizing marketing and communication strategies, as well as experience in crisis management and campaign coordination. The CMO will also be expected to have a strong background in external partnerships and collaborative planning, and experience in integrating advanced marketing and communication tools, including AI.
