About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CMO will be responsible for shaping the marketing vision, leading growth initiatives, and scaling customer acquisition in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment. This role demands a proven marketing leader with a track record in product positioning, successful product launches, and optimizing marketing channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the brand's tone and voice resonate with customers and will be expected to contribute to high-level decision-making and foster collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities for the CMO include developing a world-class product positioning strategy, leading high-growth marketing roadmap development, and overseeing product launch initiatives. The role also involves leading grassroots marketing efforts, building customer-centric campaigns, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a focus on B2C environments, and a strong background in data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and executive influence. A customer-centric and mission-driven approach is essential, as is the ability to align marketing strategies with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
