Our team brings marketing campaigns to life by driving execution for key marketing initiatives as well as looking after key functions that enable healthy process management across lines of business and marketing channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will partner cross-functionally across the company with various teams (strategists, channel managers, legal and compliance, analytics, PMO) to manage critical processes that deliver marketing strategies to market every day across the enterprise. Responsibilities will include sprint planning, process improvement, operational analysis, issue management, and status communication. Beyond process and program management, this role will drive documentation and process standardization to ensure programs are flexible and repeatable.What You'll DoDrive quarterly agile Marketing planning across all lines of business, channels, & marketing functions (intake management, capacity management, roadmap)Create and deliver operational analytics that drive the agenda of improvements as it relates to cost, quality, and velocity for marketing operationsEnsure appropriate resourcing and team is built for each marketing initiative and track accountability throughout projectProcess ownership for sprint and PI planning, including admin of planning and measurement toolsSupport manager in managing risk and control self assessments and other elements of enterprise and operational risk management for MarketingDevelop & maintain cross-functional relationships with all key stakeholders of Marketing programs and processes (Marketing leadership team, line of business team members, operational risk management, brand and creative, engineering, product, design, ePMO, etc.)Document project status and drive resolution and communication of issues & action items.Chair multiple cross-functional forums to deliver communications, elicit requirements, etc.Create and own tactical execution steps serving always-on marketing processes and programs that serve enterprise functions and multi-portfolio programsAbout You3+ years of demonstrated ability in marketing campaign management; Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study; or equivalent work experienceExcellent understanding of project lifecycle from creative brief, to launch and executionClear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Enthusiasm for project and asset management Ability to drive conversations and navigate ambiguity and change, and a fast-moving environmentAbility to be self-directed and take initiative, resourcefulWork LocationSan Francisco We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. CompensationThe target base salary range for this position is 110,000-125,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits.
