JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company goals and objectives. It requires a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, and data analytics to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing and product to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive measurable outcomes and positively impact the customer experience.This role is Hybrid: On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day RemoteMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Define and manage marketing strategy for the Entertainment vertical.Work with team to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to achieve company goals and objectives; and plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns. Collaborate with other teams like marketing and product to ensure alignment in positioning, messaging, and overall strategy. Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and areas of opportunity. Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies. Stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies, incorporating new tools and strategies into the marketing plan to drive innovation and results. Guide content strategy across all marketing channels ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand voice. Demonstrates passion and acts as a Brand ambassador. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishProven experience in marketing strategy development of creative campaignsMust possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive wayAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnelMust possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasksAbility to think creatively and strategicallyAbility to build strong relationships with customers and colleaguesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
