THE JOB
The Campaign Manager will be part of the Live Nation Ad Operations team and will implement and manage campaigns for clients of Live Nation Media & Sponsorship and Ticketmaster Promoted, including working with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of advertising campaigns.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Implementation and management of online advertising campaigns
- Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimize as needed
- Manage creative testing queue, ensure all ad creative is compliant with site specifications and functional requirements
- Troubleshoot operational issues with both internal and external parties
- Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies
- Reconcile 3rd party delivery variances and be able to troubleshoot for possible sources of discrepancies
- Manage TM Promoted campaign submissions and media plan requests through Asana (work management platform)
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 3+ years of experience working in digital advertising operations
- 1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting including intake, issue tracking, and response
- Well-versed on Google Ad Manager 360
- Experience with Google Display & Video 360, Asana and/or JIRA
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in working with a cross-functional team including engineers, other product management teams, and sales/client service
- Have expert knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic ad technology, and ad serving
- Display a strong product sense and be energized by the challenge of solving difficult user-related problems
- Be proactive – solving client problems before they arise
- Be reactive – quickly address issues as they arise
- Possess strong written & verbal communication skills
- Have a passion for data, advertising and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Be a team player – support the broader team; maintain a great attitude and a desire to learn
