Wheelhouse 20/20 is a full-service marketing agency based in Beaverton, Oregon that is searching for a skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Coordinator to join our growing team!
We are looking for a candidate with a few years of experience, preferably from an agency background, to support and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a variety of clients.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Paid Ads Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving results. You will be responsible for executing PPC, meta advertising, and Google campaigns, managing landing pages, tracking conversions, and reporting against KPIs. A strong understanding of data analytics and reporting is crucial for success in this role.
Direct Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies across platforms including Google (SEM, Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage landing page builds, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and user experience.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance accurately.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage several large, national advertising campaigns simultaneously.
- Provide strategic insight into audience targeting and segmentation.
- Participate in internal kickoff calls for campaigns.
- Provide accurate, informed keyword research to Digital Manager and Marketing Director for each campaign prior to setup.
- A/B test, monitor and optimize all campaigns, including (but not limited to):
- Advertising placement
- Budget allocation/split
- Conversion actions (form fills, calls)
- Creative/graphics
- Call to Action
- Collaborate with Digital Manager and Web Development Team to implement relevant tracking measures, including (but not limited to):
- Providing Facebook Pixel and Google Tags
- Setting up conversion actions
- Providing recommendations to improve tracking results and visibility
- Using project management tools as part of the regular workflow.
Reporting
- Provide weekly campaign wrap-ups, detailing adjustments made, insights, A/B testing results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Paid Ads Specialist and Account Manager on monthly and quarterly reporting to demonstrate ROI and campaign performance.
- Deliver strategic reporting beyond vanity metrics, ensuring clarity around budget spend and campaign impact.
- Provide weekly budget updates to Digital Team and Accounting (budget vs actual spend).
