Marketing & Advertising Representative

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Work with Marketing & Advertising Director on the development of all consumer-focused marketing activities to build the show brand.
2. Work closely intertwined with other divisions in marketing and advertising to define, navigate, and build clientele brands.
3. Assist in all brand strategy efforts, including defining positioning and mining consumer insights.
4. Directly market to our customers in person through in-person interactions and promote our clients' products and services.
5. Work on the development of all marketing communications including strategy development, creative briefing, topical promotion, and campaign execution.
6. Work closely with the company's research function to evaluate target audience research used to make key decisions related to the brand promise and consumer advertising.
7. Analyze marketing/campaign performance and correlate those efforts back to brand perception, audience growth, and other key performance indicators.
8. Partner with Sales Marketing Consultants on the construction of promotional opportunities and coordination/implementation strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Training in strategic marketing environments, including client relationship management.
2. Open to creative development.
3. College Degree Preferred.
4. Reliable transportation to the office and client meetings required.
