Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Yuma, AZ for a Freelance Audio Engineer. The Audio Engineer will be responsible for setting up microphones, properly setting up sessions in DAW, and providing an exceptional experience to every client. As a Freelance Audio Engineer, you can set your own schedule and bring in your own clients.

Qualifications

1. Experience using outboard gear (hardware mic pres, eq's, and compressors)
2. Knowledge of properly setting up sessions in DAW
3. DAW proficiency in Studio One and Pro Tools
4. Understanding of different miking techniques
5. Understanding of recording & mixing techniques
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively (MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN)
8. Degree in Audio Engineering or related field is a plus
