Project Manager - Audio Construction Industry

LaSalle Network is seeking a Project Manager with experience in the audio construction industry to oversee multiple projects from design to implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, drafting, and project management, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, drafting, and installation teams. This role requires the ability to balance a high-volume project pipeline while effectively communicating with stakeholders and customers.

This is a contract role with the potential for extension or full-time conversion, making it a great opportunity for a driven professional looking to grow in the industry.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee up to 20 concurrent projects related to audio construction, engineering, and installation
  • Create and modify AutoCAD or SolidWorks drafts based on project requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Adjust designs and technical specifications to meet client expectations and site conditions
  • Track and report on key project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, analyze project timelines, and track deliverables
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential construction or design issues to maintain quality standards

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the audio construction, engineering, or related industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for drafting and technical drawings
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work onsite in North Aurora, IL
