Job Overview:

As an Assistant Community Manager at Northampton Condominiums, you will provide support to management in the overall operations of Community Association business and deliver exceptional customer service to owners, residents, clients, and vendors.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors at all times
  2. Respond to inquiries and provide resolution to questions or concerns in a timely fashion
  3. Assist with the daily general financial management and recordkeeping
  4. Assist with the bid process
  5. Conduct regular inspections of the site, where needed
  6. Maintain all records in Connect including work orders, resident information, Association documents, community information
  7. Ensure maintenance of all files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices
  8. Attend all Board meetings, where necessary
  9. Assist with the preparation of Board meeting agenda, monthly management report, and all other reports and material needed for Board Packet
  10. Assist with establishing an annual calendar indicating all association activity, deadlines, elections, meetings, projects, etc.
  11. Assist all walk-in homeowners and refer to Community Manager, when necessary
  12. Handle mailings, as needed and required
  13. Recordkeeping – binders to be kept with the following: Monthly Agendas, Modification Requests, Work Orders, Financials (including Social/Trip accounting)
  14. Meet with Community Manager weekly to ensure completion of open action items
  15. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the role

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. College degree or equivalent work experience required
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
  3. Strong organizational skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Excellent computer skills required including email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  6. Excellent organizational skills and project management
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Advanced written communication skills
  9. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  10. Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures
  11. Ability to work under pressure, adjust to constant changes, handle multiple tasks, and coordinate the work of others
  12. Ability to keep complex records, assemble and organize data of complex nature, and prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats and in a timely manner
  13. Ability to conceptualize, plan, and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively
  14. Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employee must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns
  15. Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 / annually
