Position Overview

This is an 8-month fixed term contract from April 2025. As Head of Fashion & Accessories (F&A) Innovation, you will lead the F&A Innovation stream, collaborating closely with the F&A Maisons and industry. You will be responsible for managing innovation projects - both process and material based - in the short, medium, and long term, as well as providing expertise and monitoring topics related to the fashion sector. You will ensure the transfer of innovative solutions to Maisons, replacing the manager during her maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage innovation projects: structure and frame projects according to the R&I methodology, supervise project budgets, achieve project objectives and lead project teams.
• Manage the F&A Innovation stream according to the mission and roadmap defined for the stream, including reporting, budget management, team development, and IP generation.
• Ensure F&A innovative solutions are delivered and transferred to Maisons. Animate the internal community and promote project results; report regularly to key stakeholders.
• Develop your area of expertise: maintain in-depth knowledge of challenges related to your area of expertise and the fashion industry, identifying problems and proposing methodologies to solve them.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, innovation or fashion.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the luxury industry.
• Experienced manager, knowledgeable and passionate about fashion, luxury and sustainability.
• Strong project management skills with good communication and persuasion skills.
• Pro-active, structured, persistent, with good problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and an eye for detail.
• Strong team player who can work across multiple teams.
• Fluent in English, with good command of French; Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
