Job Title: Graphic Designer for DTF & Sublimation Printing (Full-Time).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Some weekends as needed).

Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer for DTF & Sublimation Printing, you will play a key role in creating high-quality designs, managing the printing process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include designing artwork, troubleshooting printing issues, and engaging with customers. You will also assist with hands-on production tasks, such as packaging, shipping, and order processing. This is a team-oriented role, so a proactive, can-do attitude is essential, and you'll need to be comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and pulling.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Artwork Preparation:

1. Create and prepare artwork for DTF and Sublimation printing, ensuring designs are print-ready, high-quality, and meet customer specifications.
2. Optimize files for various products, factoring in resolution, color profiles, and print dimensions.

Print Equipment Management & Troubleshooting:

1. Operate and maintain DTF and Sublimation printers, curing units, and related equipment.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues, including color discrepancies, alignment problems, or ink flow issues.
3. Perform regular maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize downtime.

Customer Service & Order Management:

1. Handle customer orders and inquiries related to design, quality, shipping, and issues on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
2. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
3. Process order adjustments, returns, and refunds as necessary, keeping customers informed throughout.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

1. Design engaging content for social media to promote our DTF and Sublimation printing services.
2. Create promotional materials and graphics for platforms like Instagram and Facebook to support our marketing efforts.

File Organization & Workflow Management:

1. Maintain organized files for customer orders, designs, and print jobs.
2. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality prints, adhering to production deadlines.

Physical Work & Team Collaboration:

1. Spend time on your feet, packaging, shipping, and processing orders.
2. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, and moving materials as part of order fulfillment.
3. Work closely with the team to ensure that orders are completed on time and to a high standard.
4. Be a team player, always willing to go the extra mile to help the team meet deadlines and deliver quality.

Qualifications:

Graphic Design Expertise:

1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) with a strong portfolio of design work.
2. Experience with DTF and Sublimation printing processes, including file requirements (color management, resolution, vector formats).

Technical Proficiency:

1. Experience working with DTF and Sublimation printing equipment.
2. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical printing issues independently.

Customer Service Experience:

1. Proven experience in customer service, particularly with platforms like Amazon and eBay.
2. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Social Media & Marketing Skills:

1. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
2. Ability to create engaging content that supports brand initiatives and promotes our services.

Detail-Oriented & Proactive:

1. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on high-quality, precise work.
2. A proactive approach to managing tasks and solving challenges.

Time Management & Multitasking:

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Stamina:

1. Ability to lift, bend, and pull up to 50lbs and perform other physical tasks in a production and shipping environment.
2. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods during packaging and order processing.
