THIS TOP TIER, WORLD RENOWNED LAW FIRM IN NYC IS SEEKING A LEGAL REFERENCE ANALYST OR REFERENCE LIBRARIAN.

The Analyst will work as part of the Research team in providing in-depth corporate and litigation research. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to liaise with lawyers, legal assistants, and Business Development personnel at all levels within the firm to advance the firm’s research and knowledge management AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth legal, corporate, and business research across multiple practice areas through the utilization of traditional and non-traditional sources.
• Perform precedential corporate research – specifically using SEC related tools and filings.
• Compile legislative histories under the guidance of the Senior Legal Research Analyst.
• Conduct case law and regulatory research.

Qualifications

Proficient with Lexis+, Intelligize, Westlaw, Practical Law, Bloomberg Law, VitalLaw, RBSource Filings, Refinitiv sources, PACER, Quest.

Compensation

Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
