The Product Marketing Manager / FinTech Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Lead will work closely with go-to-market teams to drive sales through marketing-qualified leads for this high-growth payments company. Your deep understanding of the company's products, brand, market, and customers will enable the business to diversify its portfolio and expand beyond its core markets.

Responsibilities
As the Product Marketing Manager / FinTech Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Lead, you will:
- Develop product messaging for new products and services
- Equip sales and marketing teams with the knowledge and materials needed to attract and convert new customers
- Communicate the value of new products and services to internal and external stakeholders
- Present the product narrative effectively to both internal teams and external audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all product and sales touchpoints
- Occasionally travel internationally to collaborate with global teams
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing (experience in fintech or payments is highly preferred)
- Ambition and self-drive—you thrive on digging deep into products to uncover their value and potential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to tell a compelling product story
- A collaborative approach to align cross-functional teams
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
