About The Job

  • Implement and use Creative Force to refine and improve full studio process and video and photoshoot workflows
  • Evaluate and evolve the processes to ensure projects are flowing through the studio.
  • Oversee all aspects of work coming in and out of the in-house studio, including proper sample check-in by marketing coordinator and ensuring that everything on-set runs smoothly.
  • Work with the Creative Director and Art Director on all shoot needs.
  • Partner with Creative Ops and Traffic on all calendars and due dates.
  • Collaborate to implement evolving content strategy
  • Organize and produce all studio productions
  • Oversee production calendars, including 4 flatlay shoots and 8-12 PDP and editorial shoots annually.
  • Organize and lead all pre-production meetings.
  • Ensure correct samples are gathered and prepped for shoots with the marketing coordinator.
  • Manage tracking for all studio shoot budgets and ensure all vendors are paid on time.
  • Manage and file all waivers, photography releases, and usage rights.
  • Hire for and negotiate all photoshoot needs for photographers, videographers, models, grooming (hair and make-up), and catering.
About You

  • 4-6 Years leading a high-volume in-house or agency photo or video studio, with knowledge of industry best practices in the retail/apparel industry.
  • Outstanding knowledge of creative production processes, workflow, and the ability to provide time and cost estimates for production work.
  • Calm leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to identify and push forward ways to improve studio processes.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800 - $120,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
