Summary
The Remote Video Production Coordinator works closely with the Manager, Video Production, and other members of the communications/digital strategy team, to create video content for the firm. The Remote Video Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the workflow and production of remote video projects from intake, pre-production, post-production, and assisting with the management of digital assets and video production equipment. The Video Coordinator must be able to show knowledge of the video production pipeline and design best practices.

Responsibilities
- Supports managing the workflow of the design and video production teams.
- Assists in the production of video storytelling across channels, including the website, social media, as well as conferences and other in-person events.
- Collaborates with marketing, communications/digital strategy, and other business units to produce design and video projects within timeline, budget, and scope.
- Assists in publishing of digital video content to the firm's internal and external video channels, including generating video performance analytics.
- Supports all aspects of video production and development, including logistics, pre-production, production and post, shooting, editing, and motion graphic design.
- Assists in producing remote video recordings and producing firm advertisements.
- Travels to different locations to shoot footage as needed.
- Assists in the maintenance of production equipment, such as cameras, tripods, and lights.
- Multi-tasks and problem solves effectively.
- Supports maintenance of online multimedia photo and video libraries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
Must have experience producing projects from beginning to end including digital file management. Collaborative team player with a willingness to adapt and learn in a constantly changing environment. Creative eye and ability to interpret brand visual tone and style. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, audio mixing, and color-correction. Technical knowledge of production studio and on-location set-up to include shooting, lighting, audio equipment, teleprompter, transcription, etc. Experience designing motion graphics for video and recording remote content via Zoom, Teams, or Socialive. Technical knowledge of camera formats with Cinema 4D as a plus. Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities. Proactive attitude and quick aptitude for learning new methods, strategies, and technologies. Smart, flexible, and likes working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; present ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Film, video, design or related field.
Minimum Years of Experience
- 2 years of experience in video production
