Home Helpers Home Care of Alpharetta and the North Atlanta Suburbs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Home Care Marketer, who can drive real results through building and maintaining lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources such as assisted living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, and other community organizations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, doctor offices, home health and hospice agencies, senior communities, senior centers, and other community organizations.
  2. Meet monthly sales goals and referral quotas.
  3. Travel locally within service area to meet with professional referral sources.
  4. Collaborate with Agency Leaders to develop marketing strategies; monitor and report competitive activity.
  5. Develop content, social media and interactive engagements to be used in marketing to caregivers, referral sources, clients, and their families.
  6. Attend senior-focused networking meetings and events.
  7. Attend client assessment meetings to close business opportunities.

Job Requirements:
  1. Must have a track record of excellence in relationship building and sales generation.
  2. Passionate about winning new business, motivated to be paid according to results.
  3. Dedication to helping others and solving client needs.
  4. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing.
  5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.
  7. Highly motivated self-starter.
  8. Demonstrated team player.
  9. Reliable transportation.
  10. Valid driver’s license and insurance.
