Kerae Medical is looking for a friendly hardworking employee to market our company and products in the San Jose and Gilroy (Santa Clara Area).

Job Summary:

As the public face of the company, the marketing liaison is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. The liaison is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.

Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.

Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
2. Achieving established goals.
3. Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
4. Increasing in-store sales.
5. Superior product knowledge.
6. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

Requirements:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Marketing or sales experience.
3. Knowledge on durable medical equipment.
4. Some medical terminology.
5. A professional appearance.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
7. The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
8. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
