Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Growth: Generate and develop new business by prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals to build a strong book of clients.


  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, including life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.


  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings, and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products to clients.


  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and proactively following up to ensure ongoing satisfaction.


  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business success and personal growth.


  • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring policies are updated, renewed, and adjusted as needed, while identifying additional opportunities for coverage.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing for clients.


  • Compliance: Ensure all sales practices and client interactions comply with state and federal insurance regulations.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a drive to meet goals.


  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based role with performance-based rewards.


  • Valid insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame).


  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.


  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
