Marketing Assistant Job at Robert Half in North Charleston

We are seeking a passionate, highly-motivated individual to fill the role of an Event and Marketing Coordinator in for a well-established company in North Charleston, SC. This position offers the opportunity for a results-driven professional to manage event planning and marketing needs. This is a fully on-site contract-to-hire opportunity. You must be able to commit to working 10:30am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging and managing events effectively
• Building relationships with local sponsors
• Effective management and daily updating of social media content and online calendars
• Conducting live online broadcasts of specific events on social platforms
• Formulating and operating within pre-approved financial plans and objectives
• Growing and maintaining an engaging customer base for events
• Overseeing sales, planning, marketing, and various admin tasks

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the General Manager and Marketing Director, to devise and execute strategic marketing plans enhancing the organization's brand image.
