Robert Half's client is looking for a Social Media Manager for a 3-month contract in the Amherst, Massachusetts area. This is a hybrid 40-hour-per week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to be on site 2-3 days/week. In this role, you will be managing the primary social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter) creating engaging content strategies and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality social media assets. - 3 years' experience in a Social Media role (Higher education experience a big plus)
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Solid understanding of Editorial Calendars to ensure consistent content posting
- Experience in blogging and creating engaging written content for various social media platforms
- Experience with creating and managing social media Advertisements
- Strong knowledge of Analytics to track social media performance and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated understanding of Best Practices in social media marketing
- Experience with Blogging to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter
