Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in brand strategy development, and contribute to innovative ideas that enhance our clients' reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
- Create, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Support the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Handle administrative tasks and support the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, analytics platforms).
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.
