Position: Brand Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for a creative and innovative Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Bulletin Branding. This role is an integral part of our team and requires enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn new skills.The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be adept in leveraging advertising and digital tools to reach customers and create positive experiences. Observational and market research skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and create insights, are essential to this role.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growthConduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiationManage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channelsMonitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for optimizationsAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities for brand positioningWork closely with the sales team to develop and execute customer engagement programs and promotionsCollaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timelineQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldProven experience as a brand manager or brand marketing managerStrong understanding of marketing principles and brand management strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in market research and data analysisAbility to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategiesStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsWe are looking for an individual who is excited to help grow our business and create strong relationships with our customers.
