Job Summary

We are seeking an SEO & Content Associate to enhance our digital presence through optimized content, keyword research, and website updates. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for SEO, strong writing skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will assist in developing content strategies, optimizing website pages, and improving search rankings to drive organic traffic and engagement. While we are not currently running PPC campaigns, experience in paid search is a plus as we plan to expand into that area in the future.

Key Responsibilities

 SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO elements.

  • Assist with link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

 Content Creation & Updates

  • Write and update website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.

  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with Americhem International’s brand guidelines.

  • Research and develop topic ideas to improve organic traffic and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus for future expansion.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for minor website edits.

  • Familiarity with reputation management tools and strategies.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
