We are looking for an Assistant Media Specialist to support our media team in executing impactful media campaigns and optimizing advertising strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Analyze and report on media performance, tracking metrics like reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
• Support the development of media plans, including identifying target audiences and selecting appropriate media channels.
• Help manage media budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain media schedules, ensuring all assets and creatives are delivered on time.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging media opportunities.
• Assist in managing social media and digital ad buys, including programmatic advertising and paid search.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels.
• Provide administrative support to the media team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications.
