As one of the only arts service organizations whose membership is the audience, our mission is to remove the financial, physical and invisible barriers to the performing arts. Our vision will be complete when every New Yorker and visitor to NYC feels ownership of and belonging in the live performing arts. With an annual operating budget of $17 million, TDF fulfills its mission through two key areas of work: 1. TDF’s mission-driven ticketing programs provide broad access to audiences for whom price is a barrier to entry. Through the iconic TKTS Booths in Times Square and Lincoln Center, and through TDF’s membership programs, the organization serves more than 1 million audience members per year. TDF’s theatregoing programs remove financial, physical and invisible barriers to attendance for the communities who need it most. These programs serve close to 50,000 audience members annually, particularly those impacted by hearing loss and deafness, vision loss and blindness, mobility loss, or by intellectual and developmental disabilities. Further, TDF serves 11,000 high school students every year and more than 150 community organizations, including veterans, seniors and other underserved communities. Our methodology includes both access to discounted/free tickets, and the curation of an environment at the theatre where audiences feel comfortable and safe, and can experience shows on their own terms. About the Position The Digital Marketing Manager

reports to the VP of Marketing and Communications and works to leverage digital tools and channels to support the department’s work. Using analytics and possessing a knowledge of the digital landscape and tools, they will manage creative, cross-departmental digital marketing initiatives to promote TDF’s objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist VP of Marketing and Communications with digital marketing strategy and planning Serve as the online media specialist to lead digital marketing and social media initiatives Creating, updating, and presenting digital marketing and sales reports Managing creative and digital calendars and timelines, organizing meeting agendas and notes, and executing digital marketing plans Manage social media initiatives with the Social Media team Oversee Facebook Business Manager platform and manage social ads strategy Monitor and manage Google Grants account to ensure compliance and optimization Support refinement of paid social media strategies with external consultants Manage digital agency relationship, maintaining a successful partnership while being equally responsible for results Maintain a tracking system with key data points including, but not limited to, account growth, engagement percentages, CRM data, and budget tracking Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms Keep abreast of the latest digital trends, technological advancements, and marketing best practices. Track and analyze content impact across engagement, sales, and fundraising. Lead the building, routing and deploying of patron surveys; conduct data analysis and share insights with leadership Create digital ads on an as-needed basis Collaborate with marketing team members to execute overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have: At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong project management and prioritization skills with attention to detail Experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing social media and Google Search campaigns Adept at basic use of design tools including Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva Familiar with SEO management, keyword research, and Google Search Console Basic understanding of web CMS such as Wordpress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc. Knowledge of MS Office software & Google Apps Working knowledge of digital analytics tools including GA4 (Google Aanalytics), Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment Passion for the performing arts Knowledge of HTML, CSS and prior experience with Tessitura helpful but not required Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time permanent role, and the salary range is $75,000-80,000 per year. TDF is a hybrid-onsite organization, and staff are encouraged to be in-office 2-3 days a week. This role is a hybrid-onsite position with some flexibility for agreed upon remote work. The schedule is typically 35 hrs/week. Some evenings and weekends might be required.
