We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The opportunityWe're looking for an outstanding Adoption Marketing Manager to ensure our customers more deeply adopt our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution. The goal is to make them successful, see the value of their purchase, buy more Adobe products, become strong advocates, and remain lifelong customers. This person will develop various multi-channel programs, such as email nurtures, in-product guidance, user groups, webinars, etc., to effectively drive user adoption and retention. They will report to the Manager, Adoption Marketing, and collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Marketing teams. What you'll do Co-lead adoption strategy for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with 1-2 other Adoption Marketing team “pod” members Drive discovery, testing, and process to open new adoption marketing channels Conduct research with users to guide program strategy Develop engaging adoption campaigns to help users adopt Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) more quickly and deeply and implement them through various channels Collaborate with key partners on program development Collaborate with other Adoption Marketing team members within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product pod to ensure cohesive adoption strategy across personas Review all existing adoption content, identify content gaps, and work with internal subject matter authorities and expert users to develop content as needed Track and report critical program metrics Work to continuously improve programs, using data to measure what is working and what’s not Partner with regional teams to ensure adoption programs are relevant to customers globally, including providing content from customers around the world Represent the user while working with teams across the organization to ensure an unusual and outstanding customer experience with Adobe  What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field; MBA would be considered a plus 5+ years of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and/or customer marketing experience preferred Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience a plus Customer-centric with a “what’s best for the customer” approach Proven ability to both drive strategy and execution of programs Strong program development and leadership skills Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an outstanding teammate Growth mentality, including a track record of quickly learning new technology such as Marketo, GainsightPX, Workfront, etc. Accountable for your performance and results, and committed to delivering your best A font of creativity -- you take pride in coming up with fun, exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project Excellent writing and interpersonal skills Flexible, can-do outlook, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
