We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Project Manager III in the Health Insurance Industry, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the execution of various marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve managing workflow from creative development to distribution, including obtaining stakeholder and regulatory approvals.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on time.
• Facilitate the workflow of projects from creative development through to distribution.
• Coordinate key deliverables and provide progress reports for high profile initiatives.
• Manage tasks in the workflow tool, Robohead, on a daily basis.
• Establish project schedules in the workflow tool, Robohead.
• Handle the routing of projects for review and required approvals.
• Release projects for production/distribution and track to ensure materials are in the market on time.
• Conduct weekly status meetings and create status reports.
• Report project status to stakeholders and team, identifying solutions for projects off-track.
• Facilitate "forward planning" meetings with business partners to identify upcoming work, prioritize current work, identify bottlenecks.
• Work closely with stakeholders across all levels, demonstrating excellent communication skills.• Proficiency in Reporting, with an ability to generate and interpret data relevant to marketing projects
• Solid understanding of Marketing principles and strategies, including B2B and B2C environments
• Exceptional Planning skills, with experience in Campaign Planning and coordinating timelines for various projects
• Knowledge of Materials Handling, ensuring that all project elements are appropriately managed
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, with the ability to review and manage financial aspects of a project
• Experience in Review processes, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the set quality standards
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to manage project plans and track project status
• Knowledge of the 'About Time' project management tool is a plus
• Experience in Production processes within a marketing context
• Familiarity with Digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to effectively liaise with Stakeholders, including internal and external business partners
• Experience in Media planning and buying within a marketing project context
• Ability to deliver projects within the agreed Timeline
• Excellent Coordination skills, ensuring smooth operation of all project elements
• Strong relationship building skills with Business Partners
• Proficiency in using ProFile project management software
• Excellent Communicator, with the ability to present progress reports to various stakeholders
• Experience in a B2B Environment is an advantage
• Ability to Manage Project Plan, ensuring that all project elements are on track
• Experience in providing Project Status updates to stakeholders
• Ability to generate Progress Reports, providing updates on the project's status and milestones
