This role will lead the relationship with our partner creative agencies as well as partner with our commercial group teams for media plans, PR outreach, insights, and analytics of communications initiatives. This role will sit on Arby’s marketing leadership team towards the delivery of our annual business and consumer goals across all aspects of our marketing activity. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead marketing communications team against aligned marketing calendar, inclusive of insights, briefs, and execution. Support KPI tracking and ensure performance is monitored and optimized across activities. Lead cultural approach, inclusive of social media, cultural activation, influencer, and partnerships. Lead relationship with creative agencies, including accountability for budgets, agency relationship, annual SOW negotiations and allocations on overall agency work and activities. Partner with key commercial group functions to maximize Arby’s efficiency/effectiveness of marketing activity, inclusive of demand generation/media, Digital Guest Experience, PR, Insights, and Analytics. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

4-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 15+ years of creative/brand experience. 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, managing people and processes. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

Foundation in integrated marketing and multi-media channel marketing including a deep understanding of social media channels. Critical eye for world-class creative strategy and campaign development. Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop and communicate brand messages that engage consumers. Ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion including briefing and execution in collaboration with agencies. Thrives in an environment where multiple projects are managed to on-time delivery. Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write concisely and effectively, adapting messages to a range of audiences. Self-starter and entrepreneurial leader who performs in a lean, fast-paced environment. Thrives in collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional organization with strong ability to influence. Ability to develop and mentor others. Advertising production experience.
