Summary IFS is seeking a highly capable selfdirected Install Base Senior Marketing Manager. In this role you will develop a deep comprehension of the IFS and IFSs customer GTM strategy and work directly with the IFS marketing team to develop and deliver marketing programs that retain and grow IFS existing customer base. You will be accountable for working with our global marketing team to design messaging and enable campaign strategies to help grow the IFS customer network. You will be part of the install base marketing team for the North America team participating in regular team calls inperson meetings and planning sessions. You will also act a key marketing contact defining the regional strategy as well as building and executing annual joint marketing plans and programs. You will create the install base marketing strategy and execute and monitor campaigns including being an expert resource on the install base process guidelines and compliance for internal marketing teams. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing an entrepreneurial spirit and a successful track record in managing to install base marketing and building top of funnel pipeline. Responsibilities Entrepreneurial mindset and forward thinking to capitalize on the IFS ecosystem Develop a comprehensive customer and user group plan that leverages cuttingedge tactics uncovers areas of improvement and optimizes marketing dollars while generating customer pipeline Create strategies and plans that focus on upselling and crossselling into our customer base with a Customer4Life mentality Leverage a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs

to maximize awareness relevancy consideration and adoption of IFS solutions within customer accounts Cultivate longterm relationships with customers through direct and indirect communications and strategies Develop and execute new unique and effective ideas that make IFS part of the fabric of the customer organization Resultsdriven Manage program execution against defined timelines and within budget; set appropriate KPIs and track measurements to determine impact and ROI Manage to program results

pivot if a campaign/tactic is not working Meet marketing targets within the approved budget Execute install base campaigns Propose and get leadership buyin on targets convey the success of campaigns to corporate Create campaigns/tactics to support the user community and targets Build User Group Followership through Effective Communications Coordinate user group community outreach with each respective AE (lock step in communication) Uncover $X pipeline revenue based on user group interaction (2025 target to be announced) Use judgment with messaging and the amount of communication with customers Identifying customer sat issues working with the AEs to turn them into opportunities Leverage the community site to capitalize on user group and customer communication Amplifying Customer Success Work with regional and central customer advocacy teams to expand the NA Customer Reference program Leverage the user group community to meet the GPI 5star target Identifying customer sat issues working with the AEs to turn them into opportunities Leverage the user community to increase customer stories/videos Execute welcome and golive kits that introduce them to the IFS ecosystem (including the user group community) Internally amplify new customer wins Support Customer Events Work with the central and regional team to optimize IFS Unleashed Project manage the regional aspect of IFS Unleashed Strategize and project manage regional IFS user group meetings IFS Connects some internal meetings etc.

Qualifications : Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the customer ecosystem Experience in B2B marketing leadership most specifically in the area of business software applications Experience leveraging a broad range of demandgeneration marketing tactics such as digital tradeshows business development teams email marketing thirdparty programs etc. Accomplished range of skills from highlevel strategic thinking to creative and execution Experience in any of the following industries would be a plus: Manufacturing EC&I EU&R Aerospace & Defense or Field Service Management Demonstrate ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics Strong team player motivated to work collaboratively across a variety of stakeholders Knowledge of industry tools including Marketo Outreach CRM LinkedIn PowerBI etc. Professional level presentation and written communication skills Recommended 7 years of experience in leading marketing and communications Demonstrates strong project management skills and is a proactive selfstarter Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Able to simplify/synthesize complex data from a variety of sources and then communicate solutions in a simple fresh perspective that clearly outlines the roles and deliverables of marketing channels Possesses analytical mindset and innate curiosity valuing research insight metrics and datadriven decisionmaking Develops positive relationships across all levels of seniority crossfunctionally leveraging communications and project management skills to ensure consistency and alignment between all stakeholders internally and externally Maturity confidence and perspective to manage quick/unexpected transitions or conflicts to successful resolution Will need to be comfortable in a highperforming fastpaced environment can adapt quickly to support the development of content and decision making in rapidly developing timesensitive situations Ability to travel as needed
