Role Description As Marketing Manager at Retarus, you will play an integral part in managing, executing and developing campaigns (digital and events) to strengthen the Retarus brand in the US market. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing US and other members of the Global Marketing Team, you will support brand awareness and demand generation goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines on all marketing activities in the US are maintained. Oversee preparation and logistics for industry events and trade shows including registration, booth concepts, and collateral development. Review created content to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels such as blog posts, sales collateral, social media (LinkedIn) and more. Conduct keyword research and recommend enhancements for search engine optimization (SEO). Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Research industry trends to inspire new campaign initiatives. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field and have 3-5 years of comparable work experience ideally within the tech industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to combine creativity with problem solving. Experience using software common among marketing stacks (WordPress, Marketo, Hubspot, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable alternatives). Industry experience or familiarity with the Finance, Insurance and Healthcare industries. Knowledge in Google Analytics (certified or in progress of certification). What you can expect
