As a consultant, candidate will be responsible for the Program Management of Partner Marketing campaigns and events across our Strategic Technology Partner portfolio. The program includes the management of third party agencies, exhibitor resource center ownership, design approvals, content submissions, and stakeholder management. In the role, candidate will work closely with the Partner Marketing team and Technology Partner teams to manage the strategic project that will enable growth, scale and compliance for the organization. This also includes the demand gen and follow up campaigns to ensure leads are part of a consistent and fluent marketing journey. Client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced technical program manager who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and loves working with the best technology team in the world. Responsibilities:
Initiates projects by leading alignment on scope, release planning, detailed project plans, timelines, aligning teams on project goals, create project structure, budget, securing cross functional support.
Manages delivery and communications to business expectations, delivery to schedule and budget management. Develops strong partnerships with Business Partners to drive focus on delivery Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals. Required Skills/Experience:
2 to 4 years of hands on marketing or events experience Demonstrated progression to roles of increased responsibility Project Management or marketing campaign execution experience Ability to learn quickly and excel in fast paced dynamic environment. Outstanding leadership and communications skills absolutely required Highly structure and organized
Pay Range: $50/hr. - $58/hr.
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
