About the Role

This is not a high-volume tele-sales role.

It’s about building genuine relationships with local business owners and helping them maximise their visibility on the Hibiscus Coast App.

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who understands consultative selling, values long-term client relationships, and is passionate about supporting local businesses.

️ Part-Time, Flexible Hours ( ~ 5+ hours per week) – You set your own schedule and work at your own pace.

️ Independent Contractor Role – This is not an employee position; you'll manage your own taxes, equipment, and work setup.

️ Performance-Based Compensation – Your earnings reflect your success in bringing in and retaining clients.

️ Remote Work – Call and connect with businesses across the Hibiscus Coast from home.

What You’ll Be Doing

️ Building Relationships: Engaging with local business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored advertising solutions.

️ Sales & Strategy: Using a consultative sales approach to educate businesses on the benefits of the Hibiscus Coast App.

️ Local Focus: Calling and working exclusively with businesses based on the Hibiscus Coast across a variety of industries.

️ Remote & Flexible: Work from home on a part-time basis while making a meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For

★ Proven Sales Experience: You must have a track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or a similar consultative sales role.

★ Passion for the Hibiscus Coast App: You must have downloaded and used the app and be excited about its potential for local businesses.

★ Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: You excel at listening, understanding client needs, and providing real value.

★ Local Knowledge: You must currently live on the Hibiscus Coast and understand the needs of the business community.
