Responsibilities:

  • Building and rapidly growing brand awareness for a truly differentiated product offering in the residential real estate and iBuying space.
  • Building and amplifying the RealSure brand image, build top-of-mind awareness and stimulate preference.
  • Negotiating and leveraging national marketing campaigns to effect demand.
  • Improving media effectiveness through better planning and budgeting.
  • Developing and defending a comprehensive national marketing plan targeting both traditional and non-traditional markets including diversity segments, social media, content development, sponsorships, industry shows and trade events.
  • Developing and implementing national media campaigns and promotions that fuels exponential growth and delivers on the brand promise to home buyers and sellers.
  • Establishing sponsorships that can enable local activation and help create greater affinity for the brand.
  • Establishing consistency in RealSure advertising regarding identity standards inclusive of logo, trademarks, ad formats, appropriate tone in communications, signage, and collateral.
  • Ensuring marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are in alignment with expenditure targets.
  • Managing marketing related expenses.
  • Identifying key marketing and advertising opportunities for RealSure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of marketing/advertising experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing people, department and/or function.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful national consumer marketing and media plans. Experience in content development, sponsorship negotiation and media effectiveness highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers and executive management.
  • Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management of budgets and planning.
  • Public speaking experience in front of audiences of all sizes from small groups to 200 attendees.
  • Willingness to travel about 10% of the time.
  • The aptness to thrive in a culture of continuous improvement and measuring success against goals & standards.
  • This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
