This role is vital to expanding Adobe Express's reach to billions of potential users and improving everyday workflows where and how people prefer to work. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and completing the go-to-market strategy, crafting compelling co-marketing plans with strategic partners, and collaborating across Adobe to market new and innovative partnerships. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of strategy, implementation, and partner development, driving significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for growing Adobe Express through our partner ecosystem. This includes defining the target audience, establishing the value proposition, determining the positioning, crafting the messaging, setting the pricing, determining the timing, and measuring and reporting the marketing impact.Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, business development, channel marketing, PR, and sales.Build and maintain positive relationships at senior levels with strategic partners, finding opportunities to improve mutual value and deliver measurable outcomes.Design and implement audience segmentation frameworks to target key customer segments and drive Adobe Express adoption.Collaborate with product teams to translate partner and market insights into actionable product strategies.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of GTM initiatives, iterate on strategy, and deliver measurable results.Establish and manage budgets and timelines to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans.Communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, providing clear and concise updates to executives and collaborators.What You Need to SucceedExperience: Minimum of 5+ years in product marketing or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of completing successful go-to-market strategies. Experience working with strategic collaborators and senior-level customers is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, building consensus and driving initiatives across multiple teams.Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging audiences ranging from partners to senior executives.Proactivity: Self-starter mentality with a hunger to find opportunities and take ownership to deliver results.Impact Orientation: A go-getter attitude, eager to dive in, make an impact, and contribute to Adobe Express’ growth.Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.Knowledge: Familiarity with product marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, and positioning frameworks. Experience in the creative software space or with SaaS products is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in strategic partnership development and management.Familiarity with Adobe’s ecosystem or similar platforms.MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
