Title and Summary

Director, Consumer Marketing Overview

The Latin America director of consumer marketing is the regional leader for all consumer campaigns developed in LAC at a local and regional level. They will be responsible for regional consumer strategy, creative agency, plans, trainings, best practices, and KPI framework to support the region in driving consumer and partner preference.

Role:

The purpose of the Regional Digital Marketing Platform Head is to:

  1. Lead LAC regional strategies to drive consumer preference.
  2. Supervise all local campaigns to ensure they strategically align with the Brand and business objectives.
  3. Lead regional campaigns that build on the consumer strategy.
  4. Manage the Regional Creative agency relationship and fee negotiations.
  5. Serve as the liaison for all global consumer teams and share strategies and best practices.

  • Do you have a passion for leading brands from deep consumer understanding?
  • Have you led brands that deliver truly outstanding/award-winning creatives that deliver on business KPIs?
  • Do you have a creative brain that can connect the dots between Brand and business strategies?
  • Have you worked in a global company and understand how to navigate its complexities and get the job done?
  • Experienced in managing agencies, website and app developers, scopes of work, budget, and plans.
  • Management of diverse teams across markets or regions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $135,000 - $216,000 USD
