We are looking for a talented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing marketing projects, coordinating campaigns, and supporting our marketing team in various initiatives. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to organize and implement campaigns, track performance, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your ability to multitask and keep projects on track will be crucial in delivering marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to create promotional materials, including ads, social media posts, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Coordinate marketing events and webinars, including logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain the company’s content calendar and assist in content creation for blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Help with email marketing campaigns, including writing and scheduling content, as well as monitoring performance metrics.
  • Oversee and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring posts are scheduled, content is updated, and engagement is tracked.
  • Assist with customer and market research to support campaign development and product positioning.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately across projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internships are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, email marketing software like Mailchimp).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
