Sales and Marketing Specialist
to help us expand our reach, market our boats effectively, and increase sales. Position Overview: As a
Sales and Marketing Specialist , you will be an integral part of our team. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing creativity, and a deep passion for boating. You will be responsible for engaging customers, managing our boat listings, executing marketing strategies, and using your expert knowledge to drive both sales and brand visibility. You’ll travel between our
Green Brook
and
Toms River
locations to photograph boats, interact with customers, and ensure our online presence is top-notch. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Actively sell new and used boats to prospective customers with expert knowledge of boat types, features, and technologies. Provide tailored advice based on customer needs to help them find the perfect boat. Product Photography & Online Listings Take high-quality, engaging photos of boats for online listings. Maintain accurate, up-to-date listings across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Boat Trader, Facebook Marketplace). Marketing Strategy Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive traffic to our online listings. Track and analyze the success of campaigns, optimizing them for better results. Customer Engagement Communicate effectively with customers, answer their questions, and follow up on leads. Ensure customers are satisfied throughout the buying process. Travel Regularly travel to both our
Green Brook
and
Toms River
locations to meet customers, photograph boats, and manage marketing efforts. Qualifications:
Passion for boating and knowledge of boating terminology, technologies, and trends. Proven experience in
sales
and
marketing , ideally within the
boating
or
automotive industry . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with
online marketing ,
social media management , and
marketplace platforms . Comfortable taking high-quality product photos and editing them for online listings. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel
