ComResource is looking for a Marketing Copywriter.
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Copywriter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is a creative wordsmith passionate about writing persuasive and engaging copy that drives conversions and enhances search engine visibility. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and website copy that resonates with our target audience, aligns with our brand voice, and achieves measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and website pages
- Execute content strategies that align with marketing goals, enhance user engagement, and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that achieve business objectives
- Conduct research and implement SEO best practices to improve website copy rankings and organic visibility
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize copy based on data-driven insights
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, content strategy, and SEO
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience as a digital copywriter or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
- Strong understanding of conversion copywriting principles and SEO best practices
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in keyword research tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
- Ability to write for diverse audiences and adapt tone and style to various platforms
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website optimization techniques
Desired:
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
