Job Description:
•The Marketing Specialist role sits within the Client Organization in Bank's Marketing and Franchise Development group.
•Our mission is to bring U.S. Personal Banking products to life through powerful and engaging creative and experiences, supporting Bank's mission of enabling growth and progress.
•This individual will flex across Advertising, Social and Experiential workstreams and play a key role in developing and executing best-in-marketing with a focus on the Cards business and the Bank/Advantage portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and execute campaigns in advertising, social, and experiential channels.
•Support the development and implementation of advertising and social media campaigns, including support for insights and research, contributing to brief development, and creative execution.
•Assist in the development, trafficking and tracking of creative assets across channels
•Work closely with agency partners and vendors to manage timelines and ensure output aligns to Bank's brand guidelines and stakeholder feedback
•Help ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including out of home, social and experiential formats to create a cohesive consumer experience
•Support research to understand consumer sentiment, positioning strategy, and campaign effectiveness.
•Prepare updates and materials for internal meetings with key partners, develop presentations for senior leadership, and track performance to inform optimization strategies.
•Support the planning and execution of experiential activations, including event coordination and onsite support
•Other job-related duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand strategy, with exposure to digital, social or experiential marketing.
•Familiarity with creative development processes, including briefing, asset production and trafficking.
•Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Experience working with agencies or vendors is a plus.
•Effective & collaborative team player with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Organized, thoughtful, analytical and detailed oriented
•Passion for creativity, marketing and delivering exceptional experiences.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing advertising, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
