Summary: The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for executing creative assets that generate new or improved methods of communications for our internal clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all our digital efforts align with our brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation of new and existing visual and digital communications that support broader Corporate Communications strategies guided by the VP, Corporate Communications.
- Strategize, plan, and manage day-to-day content production of visual assets across all our channels, including email, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Lead the creation and design of various Microsoft PowerPoint slide decks for various company events and projects involving executive leaders and the Addison Group CEO.
- Create, edit, and manage digital content such as graphic design, video, and audio assets that can be used to engage internal audiences.
- Bring creative ideas for new avenues of digital communications that can be implemented and managed across communication channels.
- Be an advocate for high-quality work and craftmanship with a low tolerance for mistakes and immense attention to detail across all levels of work.
- Serve as a representation of the Corporate Communications function to clients and provide an exceptional level of service with appropriate executive presence, delivery timelines, and quality of work.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and content creators to create fresh and creative ways of telling stories, publishing content, and engaging with our audiences.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement and provide detailed analyses of our digital content activities to gauge the effectiveness of the organization’s digital strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative or digital communications role
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, podcasting software, video editing software, and others
- Possess sharp listening skills and ability to translate client needs into a high quality of work that is representative of the Corporate Communications function
- Solid understanding of HTML and design software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Proven experience in content management
- Experience with SharePoint operations a plus
- Experience creating and managing distribution lists within Microsoft Outlook a plus
- Portfolio and strong examples of work required
- Effective project and time management skills, with the special focus on the ability to schedule, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
