About the Position: The Executive Producer plays a critical role in bringing world-class location-based entertainment experiences to life. This role involves leading the development, production, and implementation of immersive, ticketed attractions based on popular IPs. The EP oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept development to installation and launch, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to budget and timeline requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the themed entertainment industry and a proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. This role is essential to the success of the Experiences team and contributes significantly to the company's overall mission of delivering exceptional entertainment experiences. The Experiences team is responsible for creating immersive, location-based entertainment experiences that extend the company's brand and connect with audiences in new and exciting ways. The team comprises experienced producers, creative directors, and other professionals passionate about delivering high-quality entertainment. The team culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly innovative, focusing on pushing boundaries and creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities: Lead the development, production, and implementation of location-based entertainment experiences. Oversee all aspects of production, including design, build, installation, budget, and schedule. Manage third-party vendors and partners, including creative agencies, production vendors, and site operations. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners within the company. Ensure overall project KPIs are met. Make informed decisions on key elements of production, including budget and schedule. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the location-based entertainment industry. Experience managing large-scale, ticketed attractions. Strong understanding of project financials and P&L management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $100 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
