Located in the thriving Financial District of San Francisco, this national architecture and design firm are seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Interior Design professional to lead and execute comprehensive design projects as part of a cohesive and talented team. This role requires a strong understanding of interior design principles, architectural concepts, and workplace design, with a proven ability to lead design efforts from concept to completion. Job responsibilities include: * Leading and developing comprehensive, code-compliant design solutions for a variety of project types * Participating in all project phases while adhering to project parameters * Conducting in-person field surveys and assessments * Taking the lead in programming client needs, conceptual design, spatial planning and design development * Researching and specifying FF&E * Developing critical design elements such as RCPs, lighting layouts and integrating technical needs (audio/video, acoustics, power, data etc..) * Effectively communicating design concepts through sketches, 3D models, and presentations * Co-leading and delivering compelling client presentations * Collaborating directly with clients, vendors, and consultants throughout the design and construction process * Preparing detailed project documentation and participating in construction administration tasks Qualifications required: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture * 5-8 years of experience within interior/architectural design, specializing in workplaces, commercial interiors, and tenant improvements * Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite * Thorough understanding of building codes, accessibility regulations, and sustainability protocols including LEED / WELL * Experience in a Citrix environment, using Mural, and proficient with Office 365 applications * Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring successful delivery * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, hybrid working flexibility and much more!
