We are seeking an innovative Creative Content Strategist (Social Media) to lead our social media strategy, content production, and brand storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive revenue. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media presence aligns seamlessly with our marketing and business goals. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Growth • Develop and execute a social media strategy that strengthens brand positioning, increases engagement, and generates leads. • Identify and expand our presence on key social media platforms. • Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding. Creative Direction & Content Development • Lead the ideation, production, and execution of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written copy. • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and business objectives. • Stay ahead of social media trends and integrate innovative content strategies. Community Engagement & Brand Voice • Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. • Implement strategies to humanize the brand and create authentic connections with the audience. Performance Tracking & Optimization • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize content and engagement strategies. • A/B test different content formats, captions, and posting times to maximize reach and conversions. Collaboration & Leadership • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals. • Provide guidance to designers, video editors, and content creators to maintain a cohesive visual and storytelling style. Qualifications: Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or creative direction with a proven track record of engagement and lead generation. • Leadership: Experience managing creative teams and driving projects from concept to execution. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with analytics to develop high-impact social media campaigns. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). • Content Expertise: Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content strategies, video production, and graphic design principles. • Communication: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills. Compensation: $70,000 yearly

Compensation: $70,000 per year
