Job Description
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall marketing objectives of the organization.
Reports To: VP of Commercial
Essential Functions:
- Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop and optimize campaigns aligned with business goals, including lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough audience research to define targeting parameters and ad creative strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage media budgets effectively to maximize results.
- Track spending across campaigns and ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams (content, design, sales) to create cohesive campaigns.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed to expand capabilities.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives and departmental goals.
Key skills and competencies of the position include, but are not limited to:
- ·Basic familiarity with digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as WordPress, Dotdigital, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, Adobe Commerce, DataFeed Watch, GoDataFeed, and Hotjar.
- Experience with onsite search optimization techniques to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and the ability to integrate various platforms effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry, campaign tracking, and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Conditions
- This position is scheduled to operate during business hours. Typical hours will be Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- This job operates in both a professional office and warehouse/shop environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- The individual in this position will spend several hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
- This role will have to do some lifting of supplies, wheels and tires from time to time. Frequent lifting of 30-50 pounds should be expected. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds could be required.
- Travel is expected for this position (10% to 25% -possible)
The successful candidate’s qualifications will include:
· Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
· Experience with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
· Certification in Google Ads or Meta Advertising is preferred.
