This role is a unique blend of organic social media strategy and paid advertising creativeensuring creative consistency and alignment across both. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing engagement, improving targeting, and reducing ad spend inefficiencies while maximizing ROI. Youll work closely with our marketing team to optimize content strategies and drive performance through data-driven iterations.PERFORMANCE DIMENSIONS & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) Specific KPIs Critical to the success of the position: Engagement Rate (Organic & Paid): Track and increase audience interaction (likes, comments, shares, click-throughs) across both organic and paid content.Conversion Rate (Organic & Paid): Optimize content to drive higher conversions (e.g., sign-ups, purchases) from both organic and paid channels.Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Maximize ROAS by continuously optimizing paid ad creatives for greater profitability.Creative Iteration Speed: Rapidly test and iterate on creative assets, aiming for 3-5 new variations per month to improve performance metrics.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKey Responsibilities:Creative Development: Design and produce high-quality content for both organic social media channels and paid advertising campaigns (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads).Content Testing: Develop and test different creative concepts across organic and paid channels to ensure continuous performance optimization.Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyze ad and content performance data and rapidly iterate on creative ideas to maximize ROI. Use A/B testing and other optimization methods to refine content and design.Cross-Channel Consistency: Collaborate with Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator to maintain creative consistency across both organic and paid channels, ensuring the brand story is cohesive, compelling, and recognizable.Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with advertising goals, ensuring that both organic and paid strategies are seamlessly integrated.Engagement & Community Building: Leverage your expertise in organic social media to create engaging content that resonates with our audience, fosters brand loyalty, and encourages community interaction.Creative Briefs: Respond to briefs with creative solutions that balance both the brands identity and performance metrics, delivering content that resonates and converts.Content Planning & Scheduling: In partnership with the Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator help plan content calendars for organic social media channels, ensuring a steady stream of engaging content.Key Qualifications:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both organic social media and paid ad creative work.Expertise in designing for paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), as well as organic social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Strong understanding of content strategies for both organic and paid social media, including trends, audience segmentation, and creative testing.Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and motion graphics software.Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics) and a strong understanding of performance metrics.A data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing campaigns and content based on performance insights.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
