Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing social media across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. This role requires a self-starter who can develop, execute, and manage engaging content, campaigns, and growth strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This position is part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and execute engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and ads, aligned with brand strategy.
Social Media Strategy: Plan and implement weekly and monthly social media calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Platform Management: Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize content strategies for improved engagement and reach.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms to foster a strong online presence.
Paid Advertising: Plan, create, and optimize social media ads to drive awareness and lead generation.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align content and campaigns with company objectives.
Graphic Design (Preferred): Design visually appealing graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials to enhance social media content.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Creativity: Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for engaging content trends.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on performance data and business needs.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and open to continuous feedback and improvement.
Availability: Must be available during business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CST).
Preferred: Graphic design experience for content creation.
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time transition based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
