DESCRIPTION: Shoppe Amber Interiors, a high-end home and lifestyle brand, is looking to grow our creative team. Our vision centers around creating intentional, and inspiring spaces with a holistic commitment to design that celebrates everyday living.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staff Photographer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating product and lifestyle imagery that reflects Shoppe Amber Interiors visual identity and creative vision. You will work closely with the creative and merchandising teams to produce photography for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and more.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual standards, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through photography. You enjoy collaborating with a team to execute the creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams, supporting shoots from pre-production planning to post-production execution.
  • Shoot product photography through studio, lifestyle, and on-location photoshoots, upholding brand guidelines.
  • Retouch and edit photos for e-commerce, marketing materials, and social media deliverables to maintain consistency.
  • Partner with creative and merchandising teams to develop shot lists, and visual concepts for shoots.
  • Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and color accuracy.
  • Organize and manage digital image libraries, delivering assets to relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Set up lighting to uphold brand photography standards.
  • Understand product features, applications and unique selling points to effectively and innovatively set up shots on set and location.
  • Maintain Shoppe Amber Interiors visual identity and aesthetics, while staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-location shoots as needed.
  • Demonstrates a high level of creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of composition, color, and storytelling, with an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends meet the needs of production shoots.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience professional photography experience, preferably in lifestyle, home, or retail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of camera equipment and lighting setups.
